And the marathon continues with my M1 Finance Growth Portfolio Update for Sunday, November 21st, 2021. We’re up to 11.47% and can’t be happier! These days, this money would only be getting 0.10% in a savings account. So we’re doing well for our dividend portfolio but compared to our growth portfolio, it’s still not a competition, at least not right now.
The key is to remember that this is a marathon and not about the short term. Contributing on an ongoing and persistent basis will help us will steadily building up a nice big dividend portfolio that we could eventually spend towards retirement, a house, a car, vacation, or whatever else you want.
